In Sales, you’re the expert and main point of contact for our customers. You will present our solutions at trade fairs and online seminars, win new customers, create tailor‑made solutions and work closely with our Label Competence Center to develop custom product solutions. If you are communicative, truly customer‑focused, and think commercially, this role is a perfect fit for you.
In Production, we turn customer orders into reality every day – from printing and die‑cutting labels to encoding RFID tags. If you enjoy working with machines and have a good technical understanding, you’ll fit in perfectly here. This is also where shipping and multiple process steps come together, making your tasks especially varied and offering plenty of opportunities to grow and take on different responsibilities.
At inotec, high‑quality and error‑free barcode and RFID solutions have been at the heart of what we do for decades. Every product is carefully inspected here – from multi‑level labels and RFID labels to specialised solutions like the inoSpector temperature logger. If you are someone who works carefully and pays close attention to detail, you make sure every product is perfectly prepared for its intended use.
This is where a team of lab technicians works on new products for inotec and develops custom solutions for our customers. The role also includes product testing, complaint analysis, and internal quality assurance. If you’re creative, enjoy solving technical challenges, and bring persistence along with a passion for perfection, this could be the job for you.
This is where everything comes together. Behind the scenes, our Administration team makes sure everything at inotec runs smoothly – from purchasing and invoicing to finance controll, HR tasks, payroll, and applicant management. Apprenticeship at inotec
The spark starts during your apprenticeship!
With us, it’s not just about theory. From day one, you’re right in the middle of hands‑on practice. You’ll learn everything about identification and labelling – from the basics to the very latest developments – and work directly on real projects.
This way, you don’t just build strong technical skills, but also grow your communication and project management abilities. During your apprenticeship, you even have the chance to spend a few weeks at one of our international subsidiaries. Otherwise, you’ll be based at our Neumünster site, conveniently located between Kiel and Hamburg, and close to both the North Sea and the Baltic Sea.
At inotec, you’re encouraged to get involved and make a difference. Teamwork really matters here, and knowledge is shared in a practical, hands‑on way. By the end of your apprenticeship, you won’t just be an identification expert – you’ll be fully prepared for the challenges of working life.
