Through targeted measures such as energy‑saving guidelines, workflow optimisations, and upgrades to the energy infrastructure—such as improvements in hot water systems and compressed air usage—inotec has already achieved a significant reduction in its overall energy consumption. Regular energy audits continue to identify further savings potential and serve as the basis for action plans to improve energy efficiency. A dedicated task force is responsible for implementing these measures, with the clear goal of reducing energy consumption by 40% by 2030.
At inotec, protecting and respecting all employees and partners is a top priority—without compromising on health, safety, or equal opportunities. In 2024, a Supplier Code of Conduct and a supplier survey were introduced to ensure transparency and build trustful collaboration across the entire value chain.

Promoting reuse solutions and developing circular‑economy products are at the heart of our strategy. The goal is to reduce waste, extend the lifespan of machines and products, and use materials multiple times. At the same time, waste management and production processes are continuously optimised to ensure resources are used in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way.
Emissions reduction
Reducing greenhouse gas emissions is a key part of the fight against global warming. inotec publishes its Corporate Carbon Footprint in line with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG) and uses this data to define reduction targets based on the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Progress is tracked transparently and published every year in an ESG report.
