inotec Strengthens Its Executive Management Team and Clarifies Responsibilities for the Next Growth Phase
With the appointment of Stephen (Steve) Howells on April 1, 2026, inotec's executive management team is now complete. As Managing Director, Howells assumes responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Innovation and Technology (SMIT), with a particular focus on RFID, a strategically important growth area for inotec.
Attila Besikcioglu continues to lead the Operations division, which includes Production, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, and IT. Together, the two Managing Directors share overall responsibility for inotec's continued development and for maintaining a strong alignment with customer and market requirements.
Howells brings many years of experience in the Auto-ID and RFID industry, combining commercial and technological expertise with deep market knowledge and an established network of partners. He will carry out his role with a strong presence at the company's headquarters in Neumünster and through close collaboration with inotec's international subsidiaries.
