    Duraline Rapidshield™ Internal Line marking

    • Duraline Rapidshield™ uses water based acrylic paint applied to a shot blast prepared floor which dries in 1-2 hours. Rapidshield™ Ultra Violet clear topcoat is cured on to the paint which gives high wear characteristics and allows the base paint to remain bright and visible for longer than traditional paint systems. The result is an extremely hard, durable surface giving an expected lifespan of 4-5 years under heavy traffic conditions. As the system is Ultra Violet cured, areas can be handed back within a working day for immediate use.

    Duraline Rapidshield™ Internal Infill Walkway

    • For a high visibility walkway which is superior and far more visible than traditional tram lines.
    • Duraline Rapidshield™ uses water based acrylic paint applied to a shot blast prepared floor which dries in 1-2 hours. Rapidshield™ Ultra Violet clear topcoat is cured on to the paint which gives high wear characteristics and allows the base paint to remain bright and visible for longer than traditional paint systems.     Duraline™ 2 Pack Epoxy internal line marking.

    • Duraline is a 2 Pack Epoxy Paint applied to a shot blast or diamond grind preparation. Full curing for heavy traffic will take in excess of 24 hours at +10°C. The curing conditions – minimising costly remarking and touch-up regimes.
    • Relatively quick installation – up to 500 metres per day
    • Ideal for Marshalling Lanes, FLT parking and Tramline Walkways
    • Full installation by inotec technical teams
    • process makes Duraline much more durable than many conventional line marking paints, offering a minimum expected lifespan of 2-3 years use even in heavy traffic
